Romans 14:9-11

⁹For to this end Christ ^(A)died and lived again, that he might be Lord both ^(B)of the dead and of the living.

¹⁰Why do you pass judgement on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For ^(C)we will all stand before ^(D)the judgement seat of God; ¹¹for it is written,

^(E)“As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,
and every tongue shall confess^[a] to God.”
